You receive their portfolios and approve who will design for you. In an online meeting, you're free to align and reinforce the most crucial points of your space with the selected professional(s).

Project
This step is divided into 3 parts:
In a meeting, 1 (Solo), 2 (Duo), or 3 (Trio) architects/designers present their aesthetic and functional proposals for your space. Use this moment to guide the professionals and request changes.
You receive all the visual materials of your project for approval, which includes:
– 3D Images;
– Moodboard and References;
– Layout Floor Plan;
– Civil Construction Plan;
– Explanatory Videos (Duo and Trio).
Here, Duo and Trio clients choose the project they loved most to move on to the next step.
This is the moment to make your space exactly as you’ve always dreamed. Refine the project and request the changes you’d like.

Delivery of the revised project + Construction Execution Guide
Além dos materiais entregues na etapa anterior, o profissional envia o material final, que inclui:

Updated 3D images, layout floor plan, moodboard, and references.

Construction Execution Guide
Receive all the technical detailing documents you have contracted and make your build faithful to the project.
You can also request additional services carried out directly by qualified professionals, such as: RRT, Landscape Study, Construction Follow-up, Purchasing Consultancy, etc. Our assistant will guide you to this step at the right time.
